Nancy Linnerooth came to Wilson Strategies with sixteen years of experience as a professional working with businesses and individuals, a masters degree featuring specific training in helping group members improve their interactions, and advanced business coach training from T-Coach Training Systems.

Nancy received her masters degree in marriage and family therapy from PLU in Tacoma, Washington. This program provided a strong grounding in systemic therapy, a problem-solving approach that focuses on identifying how members of a group work together and helping them improve their interactions.

Nancy also has a degree in law from Harvard Law School which, together with nine years experience counseling businesses as an attorney, helped her develop skills in negotiating, information gathering, and persuasion. Nancy brings her listening and motivational skills to her business coaching clients, helping them change their workplaces--and their lives--for the better.
